Media Lab student Claudia Treuthardt’s Heippa concept was awarded in the Future Infinite conference competition for students. Solutions for everyday problems were searched and found in this competition. Ms Treuthardt’s concept is an easy-on-the-eyes way to find an expert, whatever the problem might be. Heippa is compared to a social search engine which is not all about technology but also about the culture: it’s a service where identified people and groups are ready to help each other. It connects everyday questions and everyday answers. Heippa is also easy to translate into international use.
